The Q&A Chat tool is a quick and easy way for your sales teams to ask Intent any ad hoc question about your company, products, and capabilities.

Before you begin

The Q&A Chat tool is derived from a created and maintained Q&A Bank. To begin leveraging the Chat tool, ensure that your Q&A Bank is populated with content first.

Ask Intent

To use the Q&A Chat capability, start by typing a question into the dialogue box at the bottom:

If there is a relevant answer that can be referenced from your company's Q&A Bank, Intent should be able to respond accordingly.
