Creating and managing your Q&A Bank

Learn how to create, maintain, and use your Intent Q&A Bank

The Q&A Bank can be accessed by selecting the book () icon in the left navigation bar.

Adding questions to your Q&A Bank

To add questions to your Q&A Bank, click on the "Add questions" button on the top right of the screen.

You can add questions in two ways: Uploading an existing Q&A document or manually adding a question.

Uploading an existing Q&A document

If you have an existing Q&A bank spreadsheet being used internally, you can easily upload it into Intent.

  1. Navigate to the Q&A Bank

  2. Click "Add questions"

  3. Select "Upload document"

  4. Drag and drop the file into the upload modal.

    Note: Intent only accepts .csv and .xlsx files for Q&A Bank file uploads. Files should also be formatted in a two column format: Question and Answer

  5. Click "Upload"

Manually adding a question

You can easily add an ad hoc question to the Q&A Bank by:

  1. Navigate to the Q&A Bank

  2. Click "Add questions"

  3. Select "Manual add"

  4. Manually add the question, answer, and category of the question.

Editing a question

To edit a question, identify the question you wish you edit and click on the "..." icon.

Choose "Edit", which will bring up the question edit modal. Edit the question or answer contents, or reclassify the question category.

To delete a question, click on the "..." icon and select "Delete".
