Below are the steps to create a questionnaire project

How to create a project

You can create a project by first logging on to Intent and navigating to the Projects page.

  1. Click "Add Project"

  2. Add your project details, such as Project name, Due date, Customer or prospect name, and a Project description.


    Project name: Name your project (e.g., "Company X Renewal RFP November 2024")


    Customer or Prospect Name: The name of the customer or prospect who has issued the questionnaire.

    Due date: Set an internal due date for when the the questionnaire needs to be completed by.

    Description: Add any additional context to the project for other internal collaborators to see, such as other intermediate deadlines or deal opportunity size.

  3. Next, upload your questionnaire by either dragging and dropping a file in the file upload box, or click the box to choose a local file.

    Note: Intent currently only accepts spreadsheet format questionnaires (.csv and .xlsx)

  4. Once you've uploaded your questionnaire, click "Save". This will take you to the next step: mapping your questionnaire.
